REACH creates structured, supportive pathways to change this.

Target Beneficiaries

Women seeking employment or career advancement, female entrepreneurs and micro-business owners, women returning to work after career breaks, and young female graduates entering the workforce.

How to Participate

Sponsors can fund mentoring programmes, provide female employee mentors, sponsor women's business development workshops, support enterprise incubation, host networking events, or contribute to women's skills development funds.

Expected Impact

Each cohort supports 20–150 women. Outcomes include mentoring hours delivered, training completions, employment placements, businesses supported, and leadership development milestones.

Execution Model

REACH designs and manages the full programme: participant recruitment and vetting, mentor matching, workshop facilitation, enterprise support coordination, and outcome tracking.

Reporting Output

Women's empowerment impact report including women supported, mentoring hours, training completions, employment and enterprise outcomes, testimonials, and gender equality framework alignment.
