Target Beneficiaries

How to Participate

Companies can sponsor full training cohorts, provide employee mentors, offer internship placements, host site visits, or contribute to digital learning resources. Sponsorship packages can be tailored to match your CSR budget and employee engagement goals.

Expected Impact

Each cohort targets 50–200 participants. Expected outcomes include skills certification, internship placement rates of 60%+, and measurable improvements in employability scores among participants.

Execution Model

REACH Foundation designs and manages the full programme: curriculum development, trainer sourcing, cohort coordination, corporate mentor matching, and progress tracking. Sponsors receive a dedicated execution update at each milestone.

Reporting Output

Full CSR impact report including participant numbers, skills acquired, placement outcomes, attendance records, photos/videos, beneficiary testimonials, and corporate contribution summary.
