1. About The Reach Foundation
The Reach Foundation is a structured Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) execution initiative operating within the United Arab Emirates. It acts as a bridge between corporates/SMEs seeking to fulfill their CSR mandates and individuals in need of support across education, healthcare, legal aid, career development, community welfare, and sports inclusion. All programs are designed and executed in alignment with UAE regulatory requirements.
2. Application Process
By submitting an application through our portal, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all fields
- Submit genuine and unaltered supporting documents
- Respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner
- Accept the Foundation's decision regarding your application
3. No Guarantee of Selection
Submission of an application does not guarantee sponsorship or funding. All initiatives are subject to corporate funding availability and strict eligibility verification.
All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Reach Foundation based on eligibility criteria, available resources, and corporate partner mandates. Our decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
4. Fundraising Law Compliance
The Reach Foundation acts as an execution bridge for corporate CSR mandates and complies fully with Federal Law No. 3 of 2021 concerning the Regulation of Fundraising Activities. The Foundation does not solicit unauthorized public donations.
All CSR initiatives are funded through structured corporate partnerships and private resources. The Foundation does not accept, solicit, or process public donations or crowdfunding contributions of any kind.
5. Accuracy of Information
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your application may result in immediate disqualification, termination of active benefits, and potential legal action under UAE law. The Reach Foundation reserves the right to verify all information provided through independent channels and authorized partners.
6. Program Terms
Each program (Education, Career, Justice, Healthcare, Community, Sports) has specific terms and conditions that successful applicants must agree to upon selection. These program-specific terms will be communicated directly to shortlisted candidates and must be accepted before receiving any benefits or support.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of this platform and submission of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL). By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Reach Foundation and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Reach Foundation shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the submission of applications, or participation in any of our programs. All support and benefits are provided on an "as available" basis subject to funding and eligibility requirements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
