1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Reach Foundation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Nature of Services
The Reach Foundation is a self-funded Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. We do not accept donations, crowdfunding, or public fundraising. All programs are funded through our own resources and strategic corporate partnerships.
3. Eligibility
Applications are open to individuals who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each program pillar. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or funding.
4. No Guarantee of Support
The Reach Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. The submission of an application does not create any obligation on our part to provide support.
5. Data Accuracy
Applicants are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection and potential legal consequences.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Reach Foundation and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws.
7. Fundraising Law Compliance
The Reach Foundation operates in compliance with Federal Law No. 3/2021 regarding fundraising activities in the UAE. We do not engage in public fundraising or solicitation of donations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
